They claimed they'd insert merchandise (which I did not want) to my purchase to compensate for the extra transport costs. It's now been 5 weeks considering that they reported they they transported my purchase and I have obtained nothing. I have despatched several e-mail to them by way of their website and also have not experienced any response what
